All orders will be send in 1-2 week-days. We strive to deliver the products as soon as possible and most often the day after receiving the order, though there can be some season fluctuations or changes. We use GLS as shipping for all our products.
We strive to deliver all products as long as they are on stock. Plus Fine take reservations for errors in stock management. We reserve the right to split -or gather the order, in relation to the placement of the product in our stock management.

In case there will be any extraordinary product description and/or consumer guide for the specific product you order, you will have it delivered together with the product.

Mistakes or Changes
Plus Fine take reservations for misspellings, misprints, inventory management errors, stock management errors and price changes.
Please note that colors can be difficult to handle and reproduce 100 pct. correct on all computer screens and Plus Fine does note take the responsibility for these color changes.
Plus Fine does not take responsibility of any delays caused by GLS. Plus Fine is not responsible for events such as delays, virus or any other events that are the result of the using E-mails or downloads.
Plus fine always adheres to laws and regulations concerning product responsibility in Denmark and EU.
Any disputes and legal proceedings shall be settled by Danish courts acc. Danish law.
Exchange and Returns
You always have the full right to return the products. If you want to return the products, you can always return it within 14 days of the date of purchase. From season to season we will optimize our processing complaints. Therefore, when receiving product from us, we request that you check all delivered products immediately.
Plus Fine ALWAYS needs to accept a claim before you send/return the style, which means that we will assess whether the product can be repaired, replaced or credited.

Complaints must be submitted with an exact description of the fault or defect. We hope that this will give you the opportunity for the best customer service, in relation to the treatment of claims and complaints from our side.
We try, as far as possible, always to resolve claims through E-mail or photo. If this is not possible, the complaint must be sent to: Plus Fine, Skovlytoften 6, 2840 Holte,
BUT only if we tell you to return it. The complaint must contain a return number, which you receive from us.
Special Note for non-EU Customers that want to return products
If you want to return products from non-EU country, you must also pay the full sum of the Customs Fee that are accrued when returning the products to Plus Fine.
If the product is being returned and Plus Fine agrees to pay you the money back, Plus Fine will then subtract an amount equal to the Customs Fee, before issuing you a refund.
If the product is being repaired or replaced, Plus Fine will charge you a fee, equal to the total sum of the Customs Fees.
According to the Buyer Act (Købeloven), you have the right to claim the product 2 years after receiving the product.
